Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Select your order and choose Return or Exchange.

If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our office:

A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- A flat ₹90 exchange fee applies, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no cost. Please ensure you provide a parcel opening video as per our policy.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll request your details).

The return shipping fee (₹150) is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

If you prefer a different size or color, choose Exchange while raising the request.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Note: A valid unboxing video is required for processing claims. Requests without it may be declined.

To avail of our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, customers are required to manually add all three eligible items to their cart before completing checkout.
Please note that our fulfillment team processes orders based on the products present in the final order. If only two products are added to the cart and the free item is not included during checkout, our team may not be able to identify the missing promotional item, and only the products present in the order may be shipped.
To ensure you receive the promotional benefit, please verify that all three eligible items are added to your cart before placing your order.

In the unlikely event that an eligible free gift is not received with your order, we will provide the following compensation on your next order:

To claim this benefit, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number,
- A complete and continuous unboxing video,
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened,
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded from start to finish,

No cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions will be accepted.
Claims submitted without a clear, uninterrupted, and unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for review or compensation.
